How website visitor identification works

One script tag, two resolution engines, and native push to the tools you already use.

How it works

From install to insight, in five minutes

Paste the pixel, we resolve company and person on every US visit, then push them where you already work.

  1. 01

    Install the pixel

Drop one line in your site's <head> — Webflow, Framer, Shopify, WordPress, Next.js, or plain HTML. About 15 KB gzipped, loaded async so it never blocks your page.

    <script async src="https://app.signal.geysera.com/signal-pixel.js"
            data-tenant="YOUR_TENANT_ID"></script>
  2. 02

    We identify your visitors

Two parallel resolution paths run on every visit — B2B reverse-IP → firmographics → LinkedIn, and DTC identity-network → email. Person-level for the US, company-level worldwide. DNT and GPC respected; lineage stamped on every record.

    • Company + person on every US visit
    • Verified business & consumer emails
    • Intent scored from pages viewed
  3. 03

    Engage where you work

Identified people flow straight into your stack. Slack and Teams alerts when a high-intent visitor is identified, native push to HubSpot, Klaviyo and Mailchimp, webhooks for everything else, and a Monday recap email.

    • HubSpot · Klaviyo · Mailchimp (Salesforce, Marketo coming soon)
    • Slack + Teams alerts, usually within the hour
    • CSV export + API (Snowflake, BigQuery coming soon)

One pixel, two resolution paths

Signal runs both engines on every visit and gives you whichever resolves — company-first for pipeline, person-first for email capture.

B2B · Company-first

Resolve the account, route the rep

Reverse-IP resolution maps the visit to a company, enriches firmographics, and surfaces the likely person from LinkedIn. Pushed to your CRM and a Slack ping for sales.

“Stripe just hit /enterprise. Ping Sarah.”

HubSpot · Slack · Salesforce (coming soon)
DTC · Person-first

Resolve the person, rebuild the list

Identity-network matching resolves the individual shopper to a verified email and adds them to your ESP — recovering the audience iOS 14 made invisible.

“Sarah Chen viewed 3 dresses; add to abandoned-cart flow.”

Klaviyo · Mailchimp · Postscript (coming soon)
What you get

Four outputs, one install

Resolved visitors, Slack and Teams alerts, ESP / CRM sync, and a weekly recap — from a single script tag.

Resolved visitors

Name, title, work or personal email, LinkedIn, and company firmographics on every identifiable US visit.

Slack + Teams alerts

A Slack or Microsoft Teams ping when a target account or high-intent visitor is identified, usually within the hour of the visit.

ESP / CRM sync

Identified people flow straight into HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or a custom webhook. Salesforce and Marketo coming soon.

Weekly recap

A Monday digest: who showed up, what they viewed, and where intent is climbing — no dashboard babysitting.
